Royal baby spoof Twitter accounts - the best and worst

The birth of Prince William and Kate Middleton's first son yesterday (July 22) gave the nation reason to cheer - because now we could all make jokes about it on the internet. Hoorah!

While some jokers got to work creating memes and spreading wisecracks, a new surge of spoof royal baby Twitter profiles arrived, joining those that were set up after the announcement of the Duchess's pregnancy last December.

As the old saying goes, you can have too much of a good - or in this case, uninspiring - thing, so Digital Spy has rounded up some of the rival royal baby Twitter accounts clamouring for your attention to see who's most worthy of a follow.
